“Sleep is the best meditation.” The Dalai Lama.

Sleep is everything, and our luxurious mattress can’t help but encourage it.

Great comfort and a clear mind seem so much more easily achieved with this model – it’s made right here in the UK using carefully sourced and considered materials. Quality sleep gently relaxes the mind, while being perfectly in harmony with a refreshed and relaxed body. The overriding aim here is to help you achieve the best possible sleep.

The luxurious fillings we use are designed to mould to your body shape and will naturally settle over time. To even out this settlement we recommend turning at regular intervals.

• Medium feel to suit every sleeper
• Recycled and recyclable content
• Turnable
• 15 year guarantee
• Peace of mind: National Bed Federation accredited
• Meets all UK Fire Regulations

We offer an exceptional 15 year guarantee, which is more than double the typical lifespan for replacing your mattress. This is obviously great news for the environment.

Worried about getting your large mattress through doors or up stairwells? Split mattresses are available for Super King and Emperor sizes, which are zipped together with a fabric overhang that is sewn into the edges.

Dreaming of living an ethically responsible life? Now you can choose to have a mattress that complements our existing tried, tested and much loved bedding range.

Care Instructions

Care Instruction
A quality mattress can last many years with the right care, and we have provided the basics here to help you get the most from your purchase.

Settlement
The luxurious fillings we use are designed to mould to your body shape and will naturally settle over time. To even out this settlement we recommend turning at regular intervals.

Turning
In the first three months turn every two weeks in the order shown below.

After this the mattress should be turned in regular three month intervals.

Please be careful when turning the mattress to avoid injury. We recommend that two people do this. The handles are not designed to take the weight of the mattress and are intended for final adjustments. Do not bend or kink the mattress in any way.

Rotating
We recommend your mattress should be rotated by 180° at regular three month intervals.

Cleaning
If your mattress requires cleaning, we recommend you use professional upholstery cleaners.

Please contact your retailer for details.

Due to the natural fillings used some migration of hairs is to be expected. These should be brushed off, do not use a vacuum cleaner, as this will disturb the fillings.

Do not use chemical cleaners or liquids of any sort - any marks or spillages should be soaked up with an absorbent cloth and the mattress should be left to air until it dries.

1,000 to 7,000 Springs

The pocket springs, and mini pocket springs.

As you’d expect, these are made of metal, which is inherently recyclable. Ours has been specifically chosen and sourced from internationally approved suppliers.

In our 7,000 spring option, there are layers comprising 6,000 mini pocket springs and 1000 full size ones, each of which respond to the body’s movement independently. Also reduces ‘roll-together’ should you share your sleeping space.

Durable and long-lasting.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions from our loyal customers

How do the mini pocket springs in your mattresses benefit me?

Our mattresses are equipped with mini pocket springs that respond independently to your body's movements. This provides personalised support and minimises disturbances from your partner's movements, ensuring a more restful sleep.

What advantages do full size pocket springs offer compared to mini pocket springs?

The full size pocket springs in our mattresses form the core, working independently to offer maximum support precisely where needed. They also reduce 'roll-together,' making them ideal for shared sleeping spaces by minimising motion transfer.

How does coconut fibre contribute to the mattress's comfort and health benefits?

Coconut fibre, known for its durability and natural springiness, enhances ventilation within the mattress. This helps regulate temperature by preventing overheating and provides a cool, moisture-absorbing surface. Additionally, its natural properties discourage the growth of bacteria and allergens, promoting a healthier sleep environment.

What makes recycled Post Consumer Denim fibres a sustainable choice for mattresses?

Our mattresses incorporate fibres from 100% recycled denim, sourced from pre-loved clothing. These fibres create a soft and comfortable material while reducing waste and supporting sustainability efforts. This eco-friendly approach aligns with our commitment to minimising environmental impact without compromising on comfort.

What is a split mattress?

It's the same size mattress, cleverly split into two! If you have a larger bed size such as Super King or Emperor, we can create a fabric covered zip to split the mattress in two. There's a small additional charge to cover our costs, but it makes moving and turning the mattress a lot easier to manage. If you have tight stairwells, or are moving from a King to a larger size, this might be worth considering. Sleep quality won't be impacted at all by splitting the mattress, so leave that to us!

What Makes Our Natural Mattress So Supremely Comfortable?

With an eye for luxury, every element of our mattress has been carefully thought through for maximum comfort, whilst ensuring the minimal environmental impact. Hand-crafted by experts in the UK with decades of experience in bed design and manufacture. We’ve avoided traditional animal products such as wool, silk or cashmere found in mainstream luxury mattresses and replaced absolutely everything with the most innovative and advanced natural substitutes. Thoughtfully designed all the way to the core.

1. REPREVE® Our Ocean ™

100% recycled polyester fibre, created not just from plastic bottles - which is great in itself - but specifically plastic at high risk of ending up in the ocean. It's collected by hand in countries within 50km of coastlines and waterways where little formal waste or recycling system exists.

2. Corn-based polyester

A soft, comfy and natural material derived from a natural plant base, it will degrade naturally without causing microplastic particles to enter our environment.

3. Bamboo

Bamboo's properties include moisture-wicking and temperature-regulation. It's an excellent cotton alternative which is also hypoallergenic, naturally anti-bacterial and light in texture for overall greater comfort. For stability this is mixed with viscose, a material derived from natural wood fibres.

4. Organic Flax, Hemp, and Cotton

A combined layer of certified organic, natural fibres providing great comfort and support. The result is 100% natural and recyclable.

5. 2000 mini pocket springs

Each respond independently to the body's movements.

6. Recycled Post Consumer Denim

Fibres gained from 100% recycled denim, acquired from once-loved clothing and now recycled together with polyester into a soft and comfy material.

7. Coconut

A durable, naturally springy fibre, engendering good ventilation, which helps to stop overheating, and is equally cooling because of its moisture-absorbing nature, also helps to eliminate the growth of bacteria and allergens.

8. 1000 mini pocket springs

Each respond independently to the body's movement.

9. 1000 full size pocket springs

The core of the mattress. Each work independently for maximum support where needed. Also reduces 'roll-together' should you share your sleeping space.
