We’re committed to ensuring your order is delivered quickly, reliably, and sustainably. Below you’ll find details on how our shipping works — both in the UK and globally.
📦 Processing Times
• Orders placed before 1:00pm UK time are dispatched the same business day
• Orders placed after 1:00pm, or on weekends or UK public holidays, will be dispatched the next UK business day
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse
🇬🇧 United Kingdom Shipping
We offer flexible UK delivery options at checkout:
Royal Mail 2nd Class: FREE 3–5 working days (orders over £50)
Royal Mail 1st Class: £2.95 1–2 working days
DPD Green Express: £4.95 Next working day
All orders are shipped carbon-neutral, and you’ll be able to track them online.

Delivery times range from 3 to 17 business days, depending on destination and carrier.
All international orders are shipped with full carbon offsetting from warehouse to your door.

We offset 100% of the carbon emissions from your order’s journey — from our warehouse to your doorstep — at no extra cost to you. This is part of our mission to keep your sleep sustainable.
🌍 Duties, Taxes & Refused Deliveries
For all international orders, import duties, local taxes, and customs fees are the full responsibility of the recipient. These are not always included at checkout and may be charged by your local customs office upon arrival.
If you:
• Refuse delivery due to unpaid duties
• Fail to collect the parcel from customs or a delivery point
• Or if the parcel is returned to us due to these reasons
Then:
• No refund will be issued unless the item is returned to us in perfect condition
• If returned, any refund will be reduced by shipping, customs, and handling charges
• If the item is lost, abandoned or destroyed, no refund will be possible

Please double-check your address at checkout. Ethical Bedding is not responsible for:
• Orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Parcels marked as “delivered” but not collected or located
• Delays caused by customs or the carrier
• Missed delivery attempts or refused deliveries
• Return postage or reshipment costs due to incorrect addresses
For returns, postage costs are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
