How We Process Your Orders

• Orders placed before 1:00pm (UK time) will be dispatched on the same UK business day.
• Orders placed after 1:00pm, on weekends, or UK public holidays will be dispatched the next UK business day.
• Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Ethical Bedding is not responsible for the following. If you have any questions, please contact us as soon as possible.

• Incorrectly Entered Addresses: Items delivered to addresses that were incorrectly entered during the ordering process.
• Delivery Issues: Items marked as 'delivered' that have not been collected from local collection points or are lost after delivery.
• Delivery Attempts: Multiple or failed delivery attempts. In these cases, refunds will be issued minus the total postage and handling costs incurred.
• Shipping Delays: Delays caused by the carrier or customs at the destination.
• Refunds for Unwanted Returns: We do not refund the original postage costs for returned items that are unwanted. Refunds will adhere to our Refund Policy and will be based on the actual shipping costs incurred by Ethical Bedding.

UK Delivery

• Royal Mail 2nd Class: FREE on orders over £50.
  Delivery time: 3-5 working days.
• Royal Mail 1st Class: £1.99.
  Delivery time: 1-3 working days.
• DPD Green Express: £3.99.
  Delivery time: 24-48 hours for orders placed before 1pm (Mon-Fri).

EU Delivery

• Standard: £9.99.
  Delivery time: 3-7 working days.
• Express: £14.99.
  Delivery time: 2-5 working days (Ireland may experience faster delivery).

Please note that shipping costs to Europe are calculated at checkout depending on the rates given by our shipping providers. Import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

USA & Canada Delivery

• Standard: £69.99.
  Delivery time: 3-10 working days.
• Express: £99.99.
  Delivery time: 2-7 working days.

Rest of the World Delivery

• Standard: £149.99.
  Delivery time: 3-10 working days.
• Express: £199.99.

International Orders & Customs Duties

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local authorities. Ethical Bedding does not have control over these charges and cannot predict their cost. These fees are determined by the destination country’s regulations and must be paid directly to the local customs office.

If customs fees are not paid by the recipient and the shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned, the order will not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, any return shipping costs, customs handling fees, or abandonment/destruction charges imposed by customs authorities will be the responsibility of the customer.

If the package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount from any potential refund to cover the associated costs, including return shipping, customs processing, and handling fees.

We strongly recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order to avoid unexpected costs and delays.
