How do I return?

Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click 'Start'.

Follow the instructions and select the items you wish to return.

You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.


What items are returnable?

We accept returns on all our items - for genuinely faulty items we can replace them for you right away!

You can return your pillocases within 100 days of receipt of your shipment. All other items must be returned within 30 days.

Without being gross, problems or issues resulting from normal wear and tear or improper use are not covered. See Section B of our official Refund Policy for full details of what isn't covered.

Are there any charges for returns?

Free in the UK - we will cover all return shipping costs if you use our partner, collect+.

International returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Unfrotunately, any items that don't reach us are the responsibility of the customer.


How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notfiy you of the approval status of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed automatically with the credit applied to the original payment method within 10 days.
